Our comprehensive maintenance agreement will ensure that your air conditioner is never more than a phone call away from being in perfect working order. Our technicians are always on call and ready to come and get you cooled off when you’re heated up. Never get caught unprepared by an AC breakdown again!
Standard Preventative Maintenance Service
Our Preventative Maintenance Agreement is done twice per year and includes the following:
- Cleaning of Condensate Drain
- Algaecide Treatment of Drain
- Check Refrigerant Charge
- Clean or Replace Filters
- Check Amp Draw
- Check Coils for Dirt
- Report General Condition
- Report Any Observed Problems
- Report Any Additional Services Needed
